Specialty Trade Coordination

This helps keep the project organized while making sure the work is handled properly.

How It Works

  1. Submit the Request

Send photos, project details, location, and your desired timeline.

  1. Review and Next Step

AFS reviews the request and determines whether the right next step is a handyman service block, walkthrough, HomeCare™ request, CommercialCare™ request, or separate estimate.

  1. Clear Scope and Scheduling

Approved work is scheduled based on scope, access, materials, availability, and project needs.

  1. Work Completed with Care

AFS works to protect the space, communicate clearly, and complete the work with attention to detail.

CommercialCare™ Maintenance Support

AFS CommercialCare™ is designed for businesses, property managers, landlords, commercial tenants, and multi-site operators who need reliable maintenance, repair support, and punch-list completion without chasing multiple vendors.

CommercialCare™ may support:

• Commercial maintenance

• Multi-site repair support

Small Renovations and Project Support

Some projects need more planning than a standard handyman visit. AFS can help review the scope, organize the work, and determine the right next step.

• Small renovation support
• Room refreshes
• Custom carpentry projects
• Built-ins and storage improvements
• Repair scopes tied to larger improvements
• Project planning before larger estimates
• Walkthroughs for custom or multi-step work
• Coordination when specialty trades are needed

Important Service Notes:

All service requests are reviewed by AFS before approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee service acceptance, final pricing, or scheduling.

Materials, specialty supplies, dump fees, parking fees, permit fees, special-order items, subcontracted trade work, and larger project scopes are billed separately when applicable.

Some projects may require a walkthrough, separate estimate, permit, specialty trade, or additional coordination.

Not Sure Where Your Project Fits?

Start with a walkthrough or send photos with a short description. AFS will review the request and help determine the right next step.

Working with AFS was a breath of fresh air. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and delivered exactly what they promised — with no surprises. Honest, efficient, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be hiring them again.
