Commercial Repairs Should Not Sit Around.

Small commercial issues can turn into bigger operational problems when they are ignored. A damaged wall, loose transition, sticking door, broken trim, restroom issue, or unfinished punch list can affect how a space looks, functions, and feels to the people using it.

CommercialCare™ helps keep those repair needs visible, organized, and moving.

The goal is simple: keep your space cared for, functional, and ready for business.

Important Plan Notes

CommercialCare™ plans are designed for maintenance, repair support, punch-list completion, and planned improvements. Materials, specialty supplies, dump fees, parking fees, permit fees, special-order items, subcontracted trade work, and larger project scopes are billed separately when applicable.

All CommercialCare™ requests are reviewed by AFS before approval. Some properties, repair lists, schedules, access conditions, or project scopes may require a walkthrough before service can begin.

Detailed plan terms are reviewed directly with AFS after a walkthrough or service conversation. CommercialCare™ is designed to simplify recurring repair and maintenance support without publishing private pricing structures or internal operating systems.

Specialty Trade Coordination

Some commercial scopes require licensed specialty trades, permits, or additional coordination. When needed, AFS can help coordinate qualified trade partners for portions of the work outside our direct scope, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other specialty requirements.

This helps keep the project organized while making sure the work is handled properly.

What May Require Separate Pricing

CommercialCare™ is designed for repair, maintenance, punch-list support, and planned improvements. Some work may require a separate estimate, specialty trade, permit, or project agreement.

This may include:

• Major remodels
• Structural repairs
• Roofing
• Full plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work
• Emergency water or fire damage restoration
• Mold remediation
• Large exterior projects
• Work requiring engineering or design professionals
• Specialty materials or custom-order items
• Work outside the agreed service area
• Large projects requiring multiple trades
• Hidden damage discovered after work begins
• Work requiring after-hours scheduling, special access, or special site coordination
